What is Transformational Coaching with Enflowment?

Enflowment means the state of being in a progressive moment. It is a philosophy, a state of being, and a transformational way of life. Therefore, our style of transformational coaching consists of supporting our clients to find Enflowment in their lives. 

Upon consultation, you will be assigned to one of our Enflowment Transformational Coaches.

After evaluating your personal goals and challenges, they build an individualized plan with you based off the methods and tools below that empower you on the path to Enlfowment.

Positive Psychology

 Positive Psychology coaching is a strength-based practice that focuses on science-based, effective strategies to structurally improve the well-being of clients. Your transformational coaching sessions will include these 10 core elements within Positive Psychology.

 

 1. The Sailboat Metaphor- This is a metaphor that was created by the creators of the Life Navigation Positive Psychology Program. This metaphor creates a way for the client to be able to describe where they are at in their journey as the captain of their boat. This also helps explain positive psychology methods in a way that are easier to understand and apply due to the use of metaphor in presenting the different topics. 
 
 2. Perspectives and Beliefs- This is where we will explore what perspectives or beliefs are driving the behavior and the auto programming that is happening due to cultural conditioning, social conditioning, beliefs of self, societal expectations, etc.  
 
3. Valued Living and Achievement- These sessions dive in into the complex construct of what makes life meaningful and the importance of paying attention to the values that drive motivation and our behaviors towards our desired goals. Exploring this helps the client prioritize what to create more of in their lives that aligns with their ultimate truth. 
 
 4.  Rewiring the Brain- The brain adjusts itself through something neuroscientists call neuroplasticity. It is how our brain is "wired" to behave based on our survival responses and behaviors. It takes rewiring of the brain to make long lasting changes happen with our current wired reactions that show up as instant automatic responses. Here the client will learn tools and practice what it takes to rewire the brain in order to have responses that are healthier and create more for their lives.
 
 5.  Fixed vs. Growth Mindset Theory- This connects the learning above to help clients understand how to stay in a place of growth in order to keep from getting stuck in fear of failure. To look at making mistakes and failure as an opportunity for learning and to be willing to take on challenging moments in life with a more positive mindset and growth. 
 6. Emotional IntelligenceHere is where the client will gain knowledge on where emotions come from, how they come to be, why our responses are the way they are, and how to become more self-aware of our emotions in what they are telling us. Learning to process emotions as information, the client can then learn how to better handle everyday stress, foster meaningful relationships, become more socially competent and experience higher levels of wellbeing.
 
 7.  Mindfulness- Here the 8 pillars of mindfulness that include research-based strategies help the client apply self-awareness, self-compassion, self-forgiveness, acceptance, kindness and more. This is also the area where we will explore how to manage negative thoughts and feelings and will teach the client how to liberate themselves from self judgement and judgements of others. 
 
 8. Self-love and Healthy Relationships- Self-love is a topic that is brought up A LOT, but is rarely discussed on HOW to love and honor the self or what that actually looks like in day-to-day application. Enflowment uses the verbiage of honoring the self, in order to put it in a language that is easy to understand and apply because in honoring the self the person is actively practicing love of self. After mastering the practice of self-love, then a focus can be shifted on how to apply the same methods to build strong healthy relationships with others. 
 
 9.  Gratitude- This is an area that isn't explored or developed enough. There is a lot of research on how the power of gratitude can help enhance the connection with the self; connection with the world; and above all... create a shift in perspective that help clients live more fulfilling lives.   
 
 10. Resilience- A resilient person can quickly bounce back from adversity and positively adapt to the novel demands of the situation. Therefore, clients learn how to apply all of the elements above in order to build skills and apply tools that create a mindset of thrival over survival for optimal resilience. 

 

Connecting with Consciousness

 

Connecting with consciousness during coaching sessions refer to the practice of tapping into a deeper level of awareness, energy, and intuition beyond the surface level of thoughts, words and emotions.  

It refers to the essence of one's being, the source of intuition, and the reservoir of insights and knowledge that goes beyond the limitations of the logical, rational mind, to access inner wisdom and deeper truths.

This connection combined with the elements mentioned above will lead you to profound insights, heightened self-awareness, and transformative growth. It is what makes Enflowment Transformational Coaching different from other personal development programs.  

  • Holistic Practices and Alternative MethodsEnflowment offers clients the opportunity to incorporate energy practices and other alternative methods like Access Bars, Energetic Body Processes, Sound Healing, Mindfulness and Meditation with our life coaching sessions. Along with other tools and methods taught by various consciousness experts such as Bruce Lipton Ph.D., Dr. Joe Dispenza, Anita Moorjani and others. 
 
  • Access Consciousness- This is a movement and philosophy that teaches many tools on empowering an individual to know that they know, and to reconnect to their true knowing. Some of these tools are shared depending on the client’s needs and openness to it. 
 
  • Pragmatic Psychology- This style of psychology coaching is based off of Susanna Mittermaier's progressive perspectives on mental illness which includes empowering clients to see the greatness they are beyond abuse and disease. This is done by using consciousness tools in therapy or coaching sessions. It is about looking at the "strongness" of clients vs. the "wrongness" of clients. It is a new paradigm designed to focus on you being YOU vs. being normal in order to find true happiness. What else is possible and how does it get better than that?
  • Our fundamental belief is that clients are more than just physical beings, as they are energetic beings as well. True healing requires enriching ALL the layers of the self; physical, mental and emotional. Part of the emotional self is the heart or soul of the person.
